ND-Center.com has been around since October of 2003 which is good in this industry. They do not accept credit cards but they do accept PayPal. Now the bad news - their website is hosted outside of the United States - in Great Brittan to be exact, so don't expect to have much luck if you have any issues with your order - or don't receive anything at all. There are also reports that ND-Center.com owns and operates a fake diploma review site that, surprise, surprise, gives them an A+ rating. It has been reported that ND-Center.com owns and operates the fake diploma review site DiplomaOne.com which of course gives ND-Center a grade of "A" and doesn't give any other site a grade higher than a "B". Another tip-off of the affiliation is that DiplomaOne constantly recommends that customers only buy from diploma sites located outside of the United States - and well, what do you know, ND-Center.com is located in Great Brittan!
