QUALITY - 42 out of 75 possible points
Not much good news here. From the reports we have received from customers who were lucky enough to actually receive the order they paid for from BackAlley, they were not very happy with the quality. Apparently the "samples" they show on their website are nothing like the product they actually deliver. Low quality materials, low quality printing, not at all realistic.
SERVICE - 2 out of 5 possible points
The only way to contact anyone at BackAlleyPress.com is by a contact form - no email address, no live chat, and no phone number. Response time to questions was average at best.
SPEED - 3 out of 5 possible points
Their website states that they ship within 3 days of receiving payment, but we have heard many reports to the contrary.
TRUST - 1 out of 5 possible points
Again, not much good new to report here. First, the positive - the site has been in business since January of 2002. Now, the bad news - they do not accept credit cards or PayPal and they are located in CHINA! Good luck getting your money back if you have any issues with your order. The majority of their customers have reported not receiving anything at all.
WEBSITE - 4 out of 5 possible points
Their website, which received a major overhaul in the last year, actually looks pretty nice and is relatively easy to use. Unfortunately this may trick consumers into thinking that this is a trustworthy company.
PRICE - 3 out of 5 possible points
The lowest priced diploma offered by BackAlleyPress.com is $137.
CONCLUSION
We strongly suggest avoiding BackAlleyPress.com
