QUALITY - 55 out of 75 possible points
DocumentProfessionals is middle of the road in terms of quality. Definitely better than you could do at home, but not on par with the leaders in the industry. Paper quality is good for both diplomas and transcripts. Transcript designs are a bit on the generic side.
SERVICE - 3 out of 5 possible points
Customer service by email and phone. Response time to email inquires was average.
SPEED - 3 out of 5 possible points
DocumentProfessionals state on their website that normal orders go out within 72 hours (3 days) after the order is received. They also offer a "rush" service for an additional fee - again, enough of the "rush" fees - what year is this anyway??
TRUST - 4 out of 5 possible points
DocumentProfessionals has been around since December 2004, and they are located in the U.S. For some reason they no longer accept credit cards, however, their sister site, DiplomasAndMore does. No real issues here.
WEBSITE - 3 out of 5 possible points
The website is easy enough to use but the design is behind the times...
PRICE - 5 out of 5 possible points
The lowest priced diploma offered by DocumentProfessionals.com is $49.95.
CONCLUSION
A trustworthy site that would have been a top contender 5 years ago - but this isn't 5 years ago!
ADDITIONAL NOTES
DiplomasAndMore.com and DocumentProfessionals.com are both owned by two Michigan City, Indiana men, Michael Everett and David Schoettlin. Although the websites are slightly different, the documents they produce are identical in terms of look and quality.
It should also be noted that these two men were sued by the Indiana Attorney General and had their websites shut down for a period of time in 2008. No information is available as to the outcome of their legal issues, but since both sites are back up and running we can only assume that the charges were dismissed. This information is easily verified by "googling" it.
